Hubs made my favorite dinner last night...essentially it's just kielbasa, red potatoes, spinach, and some bacon bits cooked in a skillet with a dijon mustard sauce...not much of it's primal and it's got too much fat. But damnnn it tastes good. Going to find some other ways to cook this to make it work better for me...for next time. Nomnomnom

Sounds delicious! Yea, I find that it's actually kind of fun to come up with ways to make a dish like that healthier. LIke what substitutes can use whithout compramising too much of the overall flavor? If only there were more low sodium kielbasa/sausage optioons out there! As far as primal goes, do red potatoes fall within it? Or is it a no-no?

I'm thinking the red potatoes are also a no no...SOOO this may be one of those "meals you have once in awhile" type of things.
