9/10/10 39% body fat; 144.4lb. Have been doing very well sticking to the plan-trying to include more fish in my diet when I feel like I'm retaining fluid. Going to visit relatives this weekend (5 hr flight) so my food choices will be extremely limited. I'm at that point where I often go off my diet and the weight comes back on quickly so it's unfortunate that the trip is coming now. One thing in my favor is that I stopped having wine about 3 months ago so my will power doesn't flag temporarily--let's see what happens. Wish me luck!
