I am sure my weight will be back up tomorrow. I didn't get to exercise today. It was raining so I didn't get to walk. So instead I did housework and read a great book by Deborah Rae Cota called "The Kindred". I over ate by 200 and some calories. I had a weird craving for chocolate and beef. (not mixed together)
