you are not alone. I was with my son yesterday. we did a bunch of things that needed to be done. Afterwards, he wanted Churches Chicken so off we went.
I had 4 chicken strips an order of fried okra, a honey biscuit and 6 oz of dirty rice.
I have been vigilant all week so yesterday was my treat day. I did not get on the scale this morning because tomorrow will show me what happened. my metabolism moves at a slugs pace.
So don't feel guilty, just start fresh today. 😃😁😁😁

A busy weekend for many of us. I gained a pound and a half. We had picnic food on the island with the boat. Start over again today.
