Just started reading "Skinny Bitch" yesterday.....I don't think I will ever give up meat completley, but I am certainly thinking about cutting down on my intake. I doubt I will convert to the "skinny bitch method" of eating (it is a little too extreme for me) but the book is certainly entertaining and really is educational. It lets you know exactly what is in the food we eat, and tells abotu the harmful effects it can have on your body/health.
