I was definitely in the process of dehydrating - oh my! I was feeling bad Friday afternoon. I didn't run. I felt like my muscles were just weak. Not in the same way I feel when I've overworked myself but close. My mind wasn't tired, which is why when I went home early it felt good to lay in bed but I couldn't go to sleep. I realized on the way home that it wasn't a blood sugar imbalance this time. It felt like heat exhaustion.
So either it was heat exhaustion (which is just weird) or dehydration. I think it was dehydration because I've been drinking the same amount of water even though the temp outside has increased. I think it came on slowly because it took that long for me to recognize that I was using up more water than I was replenishing. These muscles need WATER!
In other news, I am absolutely terrible at the Rocky Abs exercise. However, it is much better on my neck nerves than crunches. Additionally, its also better than doing nothing at all.
