DREADING weigh in tomorrow . . . Had 3 days off plan and I've gone mental, eating anything and everything!! I've enjoyed the food, but my god, I've felt ill! Lethargic, bloated, sick, terrible acid reflux!!! Eating badly really doesn't agree with me!!!
Fingers crossed that the damage isn't too bad in the morning, but I'm prepared for a half stone gain 😳😳😳
