Bad, bad choices this weekend. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. The getting ready part of the day went great. I had a banana for breakfast, a sub for lunch that had too much bread but was still on the decently healthy side, and plenty of water. At the reception I had a can of coke, then the food came out. Nothing too unhealthy, there was just so much of it. First came the little salad, then dinner. I skipped the roast beef and ate the parmesan chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. Had a tiny piece of cake and a couple pieces of candy. Honestly, I thought my RDI was going to be much worse, but I did okay. But then one of my best friends, a groomsmen, came over to my house afterwards with his plus one, which happens to be my cousin. They brought snacks. Lots of unhealthy, over processed, amazingly delicious snacks. Potato skins, and mozzerella sticks. That's what really ruined me. Today I feel heavy and bloated, not worth it. Gonna take it easy today and hop back on the horse tomorrow.

You know what, we all fall off of the horse every now and again! But the most important thing is that you realize that a slip up doesn't mean it's the end and you get back up! Use the bloated feeling to motivate you to eat healthy and don't be discouraged! Also, definitely don't weigh yourself tomorrow, because it won't be an accurate representation of how much progress you've made :) Keep it up! We're here for you!
