Well. I dropped quite a bit on the game on diet and followed it closely however, I became injured with a upper back injury so was unable to exercise. I got off the game and started eating again. Went shopping with my kids and was weak ~ bought junk food!! Lots of it. Ice cream, cookies, chips all the things that are my personal kryptonite! I am back to drinking my water and will work on focusing on believing that I am worth the weight loss!! I will work on giving my self permission to have self control and enjoy healthy eating. Hopefully I can get back to the weight I was at 2 weeks ago and be responsible to maintain it!!
