Hey, are there any nursing moms out there on weight watchers? I can't beleive we get 10 extra points. It seems too much, especailly when we only need 300-500 more calories. Umm. Still the same weight as yesterday, I guess that is better than gaining. I ate under my points, so what gives. Today, I am going to focus on my water intake and increase how much water I am drinking. I already went for a walk this beautiful morning. And now eating my bowl of Totel cereal. yum. I really want to get under the 160 mark. Here to a weight watcher day of eating wisely.
