yay finally another loss. I had stalled for a while and then when to an all day concert with friends and bought along keto food. I had about 4 white wines and that was probably over carbs. next 2 days at Canberra I didnt eat till lunch *salad and had a low carbish dinner. came home to a -4 loss which is great cause it sees me at 82.8 which is the lowest weight I've been at for a very long time. yay me and I think I may need to up the carbs for a day when in stall and then go back to eating which has become my new normal the next day.
