Staved off eating again til "dinner". Had a few pieces of watermelon to soothe the sweet tooth, some lean ground beef and a couple bites of sweet potato. Also worked 20 mins or so of Hip Hop Abs! Tomorrow, I'm out and about . . . Hope I can manage.
