I'm feeling really good. Had a slip up yesterday...had dressing on my salad. I noticed I had more cravings later in the day than I have had in the past week or so. Veggies are great. Need to find more varieties and recipes to keep it 'fresh'.
Spring garden is in and is a good distraction from the pantry. Not working out on the elliptical with all the weeding and yard work I do in my spare time. But, apparently scale is still kind to me! I want to break 200!
