I am absolutely loving my figure in the mirror this week! It's the love handles...or innertube as my mom likes to call them...they are disappearing! My thighs...they are also a different shape - I don't know what shape that is, but are they smaller? I'm back down to 191.0 but I need to make sure that this weight loss isn't due to dehydration from running in the heat, so I'm hydrating a little more than what's normal for me.
I'm almost out of leftover brat and veggies, so tomorrow I'm grilling hamburgers and maybe some chicken...yum!!!. I'll have to figure out the veggies later. I love the warmer months. I need some fruit and healthy snacks though. I've been getting snacky in the day and hungry late at night.
