I've started my weight lost journey 1.5 months ago and I've lost only 2 kilos. Nevertheless I keep believing in my goal.
I've started working out 3 to 4 times a week Batuka. it's dance and aerobic with latin music. it's fun. And for me it has to be fun, otherwise, I'll give up shortly.
I've also made some changes in my diet.
Everyday the first thing I do is to drink a glass of water. I knew it was a very healthy way to start my day and now I'm doing it.
For breakfast I eat cereals. Not fitness cereals but anyone I like.
For small lunches (10h30 and 16h00) I take a sandwich (half in the morning and the other half in the afternoon), yogurts and/or fruit.
At lunch I eat normally but with reduced doses, mainly of carbs.
At dinner... this is the hardest meal for me because I love eating... Preferently I won't eat carbs, but sometimes I do.
