I did it again. This time I knew it was coming though. I ate way too much ate breakfast, and then again at lunch. I managed a small dinner, but I had nearly no calories left. I know I can't beat myself up about it, but what can I do when I go out with my family or there is a home cooked meal waiting for me. I have to eat it. I like it better when I cook though. First off I get to choose what I want, and second off I get to keep track of the calories. I hope I get on track today.
