wow do I ever feel a touch silly. Here I am thinking, how is it possible for me to lose any weight eating 3,400 calories a day I can hardly get to 2,000 calories most days. I recalculated because I was under the gradually gain 1\2 pound per week. Now I will probably start seeing better results =)
