Wrong direction again. I will not gain this weight back. It’s been a year and 1/2 being 100 pounds down. Kind of stopped at that first goal and have played with 15 pounds up and down since March. Gotta get back into the 60’s an not allow the 170’s back. Then I can set a different goal. One day at a time. Mindfulness and accountability are a must. Food diary always is a true friend.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 102.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
