Omg! My calories just shot through the roof because of some stupid raisins. I had no idea that they had so many calories. 217 for half a cup? Okay, no more raisins for me. Could FS be wrong? Does that sound right? I did really well with my meals, but I wracked up a lot of calories snacking.

half a cup is heaps though. I'd go 1/4 cup covered with choc for similar cals lol. (just PMSing)

that sounds right - raisins, dried cranberries, craisins - all very high in sugars - 1/4c is 130 cal and 31g carbs(2g fiber) - There's a salad I just LOVE that I can't make only once a very blue moon, because it has craisins in it - I know I could just leave them out, but they're the best part!!

I just assumed that dried fruit was fine to have, but you learn something new everyday.

You could try dried prunes. They are so good and 6 of them has 121 calories.

NOOO-prunes are actually very nice. It takes an act of bravery to try them, but they really are nice, soft and sweet. Don't eat too many though! LOL!

I try to enter my food BEFORE I eat it! Plan out the day and its much easier to control

You're right about that. I did it the other day, and I actually ended up deleting some things at the end of the day, because I ate less than I had planned. I think maybe I'll start doing that every day.
