My stomach hates me. It was my brother's bachelor party on Saturday. I haven't had so much to drink in years! I'm tired and it feels like I didn't have a week-end. My stomach is hungry but when I put food in it, it starts feeling as if it hates me. I'd hate me if I abused me like that, which I did...which I do! All these little things I'm learning about myself that all add up to a massive weight problem! I used to be a heavy drinker. I'll admit it, I was an undiscovered alcoholic. This led to bad eating habits and terrible eating intervals. It's only when I started drinking that I put on weight. I wasn't looking forward to the bachelors week-end and I will be labled a stuck up prude from here on in, but I really, REALLY don't want to do an event or partake in alcohol again.
