Doing ok so far just wish there was a place I can go to. to help me with upper body strength but so far no place around here do it. great if I could walk lots of places to work out but I don’t.
264.4 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 124.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
