Andrew and I had a fight... I went for comfort food and milk...so yeah...
I need to really try and cut out sugars and dairy out of my diet. Dairy just adds too much fat. Cheese is okay cause I don't each too much of it at one time. Milk and ice cream really need to go though. There is a lot of sugary stuff at my house though thats a huge temptation. It's probably not bad in small portions after a work out or something, but when I'm upset...it's a bad idea.
