Lots of lessons to learn....many obvious but more about my body and how it works (or doesn't work)... I did great until 'Censored'. ok...metaphorically....clear history, begin again.

Stupid Mother's day is here...means a restaurant. Challenges, challenges everywhere. Quitting smoking sucked, but at least it was done, never to be smoked again. Easy, but this balancing and consistency act is killing me (although needs to be).

Body fat down from...I don't know...56% something? it's 54.4% = 125.664 body fat, 105.336 lean body mass.

so here's the deal Kitty....

I know exactly what to do...training and speculating is over...JUST DO IT already!!

Eating late has a devastating effect on weight and it's not just temporary. Also, when I eat refined sugars and restaurant foods, my body reacts by storing weight and craving. That weight takes at least 3 days to come off, even if I eat an extra 1000 calories only. It will add 3 lbs of weight. I think inflammation in my joints is part of the weight.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
