hey, im starting this diet again b/c its the only thing that works...im prego so i dont want to loose weight just stay fit...if i don't, i will gain 60 lb like last time! so wish me luck! this diet is so much harder when your pregnant...the nutritionist and doc said it was ok...so, here i am...on the atkins again...
