had a set back yesterday when I stepped on the scale. Don't know what caused it...but I am not going to let that machine beat me. I am going to fight to make those numbers go down and down and down. Anyone have suggestions on what foods to take on an overnight car trip that I have to make this weekend? We will be in the car for a total of 10 hours round trip. I want healthy snacks that will not get me off my weight loss attempts. It will be hard enough having to eat in restaurants as is. I don't need to wreck what I have done so far.

Any fresh fruits and veggies you can carry with you helps alot! Sliced cucumbers saved me some on my last trip! Traveling presents problems for me too! And plenty of water. You will probably be making more potty stops but better that it's water than bunch of calories. Try to hit the salads at restaurants or look for their "healthy or low calorie" part of the menus.

We will have to go with the fruit because we are traveling with a 13 year old as well. She will need some other things as well which makes it hard.
Thanks for the advice.
