Had a 55 calorie beer last night and got very hungry and ended up eating a breakfast sandwich putting me up to 1400 and some calories for the day and up one pound on the scale this morning !!

No more beer for me makes me hungier then wine..

Business lunch and dinner today !! Yikes this is going to be a real challenge not a go time last night to go over the edge for the first time knowingly.. (:<)
