I am so very proud of myself. I haven't been 151 in over 4 years. GO JULIE!!!
251.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Be very proud of yourself,now aim to get to 145 then to 139, little steps, especially as you have a baby and you need energy now to mind and enjoy him. Programme on tv years ago said that if an adult copies what their babies do when they roll around the floor, that it will make you more supple and increase yr energy whilst at same time relaxing you and releasing your happy hormones. I tried it at the time, its brill. Try it when on yr own, baby will enjoy it as well. And stay focus. Carmel
