I tell ya, I feel thinner, my clothes are looser, and I am getting more comments - BUT the durn SCALE won't MOVE.
I feel my stomach empty after 2 hours of eating, so I know my portions are good and I am burning it quick.
I read another post about losing inches without losing weight, and I guess there is some truth in that, as either my clothes are growing, or I am shrinking.
All in all, it's a good feeling - just frustrated at the scale. *grumble*

Yes focus on the positive. The shrinking body in clothes....VERY positive...AND no your clothes aren't growing...lol. That scale IS such a tricky thing. AND your upping your calories is very needed. You should feel satisfied...after a meal....add a few healthy snacks in when hungry strikes....Its all going to move.....trust me. AND water....lots of water...Its going to help. Keep the positive thoughts going. :-)

Thanks for the encouragement. I trust you. I just wanna wear 34" waist pants again! I actually got some looks at the grocery store today. Nice shot in the arm.
