Ok... really bad news. My original weigh in was from my friend's scale which said 205. I was talking to her on the phone earlier crying because I finally purchased my own scale and it said this morning that I weighed 206.8. I know that I have lost almost a pant size (down to a 16! Whoo Hoo) But I was still upset that the scale moved in the wrong direction... Well, my friend told me that her scale is 6 LBS off!!!! She forgot to tell me when I was last there.... So actually my weight was at 211 (Holy COW!).... She was very apologetic regarding the whole issue.... The bad news is that I was heavier than I had ever thought.. the good news is, I have actually lost 5 lbs. It sucks for the challenge that I am in. I hope my teammates will understand.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you can update past weights to reflect accurately what it was before. I think you will be able to work something out with whoever is doing the challenge because you really DID lose weight. Don't get discouraged. You are doing great!
