Did great throughout the day, until Dinner. Need to be more diligent about eating right/less fattening foods for dinner. This is a struggle for me because I love to cook, and most of my "go-to" recipes are laden with cream sauces and butter...that's what makes them good! I need to be aware of this. Tonight I plan to steam broccoli and cauliflower, a filet of tilapa, and a starch, either brown rice or sweet potato.
Living with my brother, I cook dinner for him, which makes my eating healthier dinners a challenge. Working to improve this.
Edit: stressful day...ate a peanut butter filled chocolate bunny...thinking I need to work out twice tonight!...:(
