Back on the (dirty) keto train as of today! Also doing Dryuary,cheat days/weekends shall hopefully be fewer and farer between.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What is "dirty" keto?

Just counting carbs, not really restricting processed foods, sweeteners etc and not trying to eat lots of low carb veggies. I hear people also consider anything over 20g of carbs as dirty keto.

Moonem, thanks for explaining. Everyone's carb tolerance in the ketogenic WOE is different. I keep mine below 30, though most days are below 20, because I am in type 2 diabetes reversal.
