Well, what a week. I started a daily blog yesterday to monitor and record my progress. Nothing like puting a picture of your fat self out there for everyone to see! I dropped some weight, not much but I have been lifting and maybe I put on a little muscle. I have set a goal to do be able to do 10 pull-ups (in a row) by Dec 31.
