I am proud of myself. Rather than sitting at my desk eating my lunch. Today I took it on the road literally. I walked the road around the block that my boss lives on. I walked .6 miles in 13 minutes today. Which I know is not very fast...but it is better than sitting down and eating. I ate a bun with applewood smoked turkey while I walked. So multitasked as well.
