Been trying but not very hard, need to find that drive again. Hope to do several long hikes this weekend then reward myself with a trip to the REI store with the kids. :)
230.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
