Went for my run/walk today. Got a really bad cramp in the left side of my stomach so over half of the 5Km track was completed by walking. Timed in at 50:00:33. That's 10mins for every KM. Not bad but would like to improve. Treated myself after to 1/4 of an apple fritter.
