video'd my karate class with my phone Saturday...from the back of the room. I got 40 minutes of ME, huge ass, ME from behind in my Gi. Me in comparison to others, me looking sloppy and just HUGE. I don't feel that huge....Well, I lost my appetite. I have been perfectly on track since. I had committed prior, but that sealed the deal. I wish I could just stop eating.
