Holy cow....up 3.5 lbs from yesterday. Fortunately I am now at the point of being mad rather than sad. I am determined to stick this out. I thought about doing the Fat Fast but I am in ketosis so I am going to hold off on that. My clothes are definitely fitting better so I have to try not to worry about the scale.
My iron fusion was 3 1/2 weeks ago and last time I had it done, I gained a ton a weight in a very short period of time. Maybe my body is struggling with that and my Atkins is offsetting it.
I joined a 10 lb challenge but at this rate, I will have to lose 20 lbs to net 10!!
