Okay so it's the middle of day two and I'm still stuffed. I really don't think I've eaten as much as I did yesterday in a long time. I mean, my body isn't used to 3 meals a day, let alone 3 meals of actual food AND snacks! I'm thinking of really cutting it down to 1500 calories and seeing what happens. I'm lucky if I've consumed 700 calories total so far today....
