Day ONE on Shangri-La
Getting a late start. Read the book during lunch and don't have access to either sugar or ELOO at work.
Gonna go with the sugar water tonight. I'm shooting for 114 lbs which I think will be just right for my small-boned frame and height (5'2.5").
Figured I'd pair it with what I learned in Volumetrics. Water cuts calorie density the same way zero in a tally of numbers will drop the average down. Um..well I guess that makes sense since water IS zero calories. Small plates, Soup/Stews and Shangri-La just became my three best weightloss friends.
