3 miles walked again today; gosh, this is becoming a habit. I'm beginning to feel like a slacker if I don't go this far. I've been hungry in the last 24-48 hours, which is unusual. That's part of the reason I had a boiled egg late last night. Breakfast has been getting later and later due to activities, so that it's almost lunch, which is what I recorded it as today. I've always had at least a cheese stick before starting whatever activity there is in the morning and then had "breakfast" when I could take a more leisurely break. May have to re-think/adjust the timing of my meals. I also just remembered that I had less fat yesterday, so will have to check that on the previous day as well - perhaps that's why the hunger......

Hi Great that you are getting a healthy habit. You keep it up. I'm after asking my pals on Facebook to look out for a small pup for me. I'm the kind of person who when I get a dog I really do believe you should walk every day with it, to keep it healthy. Pity I don't think the same way about my own health. Ah well Thats women and mums for you. You stay focus you are doing so well. Carmel

Yes, my 2 dogs are absolute nags - in their own way - to get me to take them for a walk. Just 1 or 2 actions by me can let them know that a walk is on the way. While one of them follows me around until I head to the door, the other one goes over by the door and patiently waits for me to finally get there to leash them up. It's a regular ritual with them. They'd both rather happily go the full 3 miles or so, but I'm just not comfortable taking them that far in the recent heat. Luckily, fall is coming, so perhaps we can go back to being a trio for the entire walk.
