So proud of myself, I have been working out on the Wii with Biggest Loser all week. Strange how 30 minutes makes you feel so much better about yourself.

It totally is! There is a huge misperception out there that you have to kill yourself in a gym inorder to get healthy and feel good; that's simply not the case! Find what works for you and stick to it!
