I am taking each day at a time, I have so much to lose it would frighten me into submission but in my 64th year I am determined to do it. I have 3 gorgeous grandsons with another grandchild due in July and I want to see them not only grow up but to be able to do activities with them......so each day at a time....one step at a time and not focusing on the mountain of weight I need to lose.

Hi Kay. I too am in my 64th year and one of my main motivations is my 4 year old granddaughter. I have worked out that when she's 18 I'll be 77 and I want to be around to see her. You've made a fantastic start with your weight loss journey and we'll keep in touch and support each other x
