Day 4 since the day I couldn't believe the number on the scale! It hasn't been too bad trying to eat healthier - I've only felt really hungry a couple times and realize it's a good idea to just go to sleep early so I don't eat the ice cream or fritos at 9pm. I'm feeling better already and not so full of garbage. Looking forward to the P90X challenge :)
