Well, I tried the cucumbers in rice vinegar, and OMG. They're like sweet homemade pickles. I'm definitely loving those. I'll probably have some more for an afternoon snack and a wedge of the laughing cow cheese.
You know what's odd is I'm always looking for something healthy and sweet.. and I completely forgot about my fudgesicles in the freezer. That'll get my chocolate fix in without costing me SO much sugar and fat. Hmm, 40 calories vs 120 of the no pudge brownie.. lol, Absolutely NO competition.
I went on another walk this morning.. but I didn't go all the way down the street like I did yesterday.. so my walk was cut down by half a mile. Stilll, 2.5 miles isn't that bad, and it is just so peaceful. For some reason though, this street was REALLY busy this morning. Must be because of the whole Friday ordeal. Who knows. All I know is I feel better and it's a great alternative to my dancing workout.
