Im just ticked off that I cannot lose weight. That's a lame statement and untrue really...I am ticked that I cannot eat the way I want (in a bad way) and not lose weight. My average calories were a little high but not bad. My calories in/out deficit was great, but it was the daily up and downs I think that ruined it. I suppose all the processed food didn't help. Now 1500-1700 is my range...EVERY day. I never want to exceed that while losing weight.

Frustrated...now to practice katas...

PS...there was change a positive change on my nakey back pics...I do not look like I gained 7 lbs (which is calorically impossible, I wasn't that bad)
