Fiber is so important! Never mind the calories - watch for fiber so that you body functions properly. The foods that are high with fiber are also good for you - like fruits, veggies, bran cereals, nuts, etc. When you look at what you put in your mouth, think of what goes out! Don't forget to drink a lot of water too! Exercise also keeps things moving inside too. Keep regular and happy. That's my advice for today.
