DAY ONE! Okay so let's begin by saying I feel more fat now than I have in a while. I think 1800 calories might be more than I take in normally in a day, especially when those calories are substantive. I have already adjusted some numbers for tomorrow. Today has been one long learning experience on portion sizes, flavor and my own willpower. One thing I can say is that I'm not a cheater and if it weren't for that, I would have cheated. It hurt my feelings to watch my co-workers eating my red velvet bundt cakes. I mean it hurt. I wanted to cry which surprised me a lot. Lame but hey. I have a picnic to go to tomorrow so the first test is already upon me on day two. This should be interesting.

Good for you not eating the RV cake. I know it is hard to watch people eat yummy things, but after a while you get used to it. I used to hate watching people eat sweet stuff since I have a sweet tooth, it still gets to me sometime, but I just think about the goal ahead. What workout plan are you doing?
