Start diet 1/24 weighed in at 120. Two days later with no alcohol I am at 118. 18 days and counting to get to 114 before getting on plane to California to go to San Jose. Haven’t felt this fat in years!
118.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
