Any advice out there?
I keep having a nagging feeling that I am gaining weight. I even changed the battery in my scale because I was beginning to doubt the reading. I reached my goal weight in January and have not been above it since then. My clothes fit great and my wife says I'm nuts. Did anyone else out there get a little goofy after losing the weight? I would appreciate any thoughts on this.
