Today was a bad day. Very bad... just all over bad bad bad bad bad.... Ugh...

Went 20% over my RDI... part of it was those darned chips, feh... curse tortilla chips! At least the oil-laden store-bought kind... they are not friendly to me! haha.

Anyway, I got some exercise done - the 15 minutes of bare minimum, but ok.

I'll do better tomorrow... Tomorrow is a bean day. Eating cooked pinto beans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner since they fill me up without costing me a ton of calories.

As far as the embarrassing side effect goes, I don't tend to have that... which is nice. I've always loved beans, so I guess my body has just acclimated to them. :)

Not to be gross - OK, it's kinda gross... TVP (textured vegetable protein) is made from soy BEANS, and I ate 4 servings today trying to get my calories up. Wow. Good thing I was in a high noise area. I believe I may have concussed some small animals in the vicinity, poor little vermin. Noise only - olfactory properties zero. Maximum psi. I know, TMI. Just letting you know.
